Precision Palsonite Cylinder Taper Cylinder Head + VC Piston(No.631296) Spring Guide for VC Piston(No.631435) ※attach bore-diameter Spring. Using this cylinder,the piston will get more speed & you'll get stable output. We processed the Palsonite to precision cylinder to be less friction between a piston & cylinder. So you'll get more smooth action & that gives stable & high power performance. Internal diameter 22mm(same as the normal ), Made of SUS304. Inner diameter torelance ±1/100mm. Processed laser welding & fixed by parallel pin.

Taper Cylinder Head
Made of SUS303. The nozzle has longer than normal and tapered inner. They make stable output.
To keep airtight, this nozzle has O-ring.
This item can be attached with Normal cylinder, but Normal cylinder has low-thread and it cannot fix tightly.
We cannot tell whether they can attach or not, so we don't recommend attachment with Normal Cylinder.

Vacuum Piston
The body: Made of Duralmin.
The Ring: Made of Derlin.
The End: Made og Stainless.
We use most suitable materials for each parts, so this piston has high durability.
VC Piston's head mounts Vacuum System.
This system can resolve negative pressure and make long and straight shot.

* VC Piston needs a little longer time to airproof than HD Piston.
It is the difference (Velocity) between them.

Spring Guide for VC Piston
Made of Stainless and Polished,so it make smooth pump-action.
It has a thrust ring that made of derlin.
This spring is best for HD Piston. The shuft is shorter than Spring Guide for HD Piston.
