"Koutetsu" Rifling Barrel SET
For Tokyo Marui M1911A1 & MEU. This set includes Chamber Cover and Outer Barrel.
Made of Iron , all CNC machined and black oxide finish.　It looks tough and wild.
We made account of reproducing mechanical section and durability .
(If you want to keep it clean, please do maintenance to prevent from rusting.).
The cutting mark and black oxide finish make this bushing close to real gun's one.

●Color Tone ..Black oxide finish can make Chamber & Outer close ti real gun's parts.

You can get real coler tone and exture because of same material as real gun's parts. PDI "Koutetsu" series are made of S45C and black oxide finished.

We recommend to use with "Koutetsu-Plug","Koutetsu-Bushing",and "Koutetsu-Hammer". Because they make your 1911 getting realize.

The first step,we cut off the cover from Steel board by wire-electrical discharge machine.Next cut some points.3rd step,do a thread cutting,
※At the 1st step,we use wire-electrical discharge machine,so the surface be brown.But go ahead a project,finally we polish whole to be mirror surface & do black oxide.
