VSR Normal Trigger Repair parts and How to build in
The Repair parts for Normal Trigger isn't same as for PDI New Trigger.
They have different Trigger system.Please read this page about it.

< Let's opem the Trigger BOX >

Trigger BOX is fixed by screws.
When open the BOX, be carefull because the springs(Karu-Bane) may be pop out.

Please Note ;
When close the BOX, please don't fix the hex wrench too tight.
Don't open the BOX on the mussy desk not to miss screws or other small parts.

E 1st.Sear
E 2nd. Sear
E Karu-Bane (big and small)
E Set Pin

*2nd.Sear doesn't include Torsion Spring.
If you change it to PDI's one ,please use normal sear's spring.

The normal piston end gets stuck on the sear sideling.
The PDI New Trigger's sear stands straight and gets stuck on piston tightly.

Please note ;
*The normal piston and end cannot be seperated , they are as a unit. So you cannot use with piston end for PDI New Trigger. If you use PDI New Trigger, you need PDI piston.
*You cannot attach the normal piston and PDI New Trigger because of their end and sear. (Please see below picture. )
*Please select PDI repair parts for PDI New Trigger.

PDI ƒΛ(New) Trigger's End and Sear...
This End is for ƒΛ(New) Trigger.
Made of SUS.
It is included trigger set.
PDI ƒΛ(New) Trigger's Sear.
Made of S45C.
The Sear gets stuck on piston tightly.
The Normal Piston End and Sear ...
This is normal Piston and End.
Made of Resin.
*The normal piston and end cannot be seperated , they are as a unit.
The normal Trigger's Sear.
Made of zinc die-cast.
The normal piston end gets stuck on the sear sideling, When you costum inside od trigger unit, you need delicate adjustment and it is a little difficult for beginners.

for fix them,needs delicate adjustment and it is a little difficult for beginners.

1:Insert 2nd.Sear from bottom of 1st.Sear.
2:Insert the Torsion Spring from top of sears.
Point!
If you don't know the position of the Torsion Spring, please see this picture.
3:Please note about the direction of Spring. Spring has shorter wire and longer wire.
Attach longer wire with 2nd.Sear.
4:Insert pin and fix Sears and Torsion Spring.
5:Set Sears in the Trigger BOX.
 
6:Set the Karu-Bane(bigger one).
7:Complete.

2:Set the Trigger into the BOX.
3:Set the spring.

1:Select Bigger spring.
2:After setting 2nd.Sear into 1st.Sear,set them into the Trigger BOX.
3:After that, set the spring.

1:You can change Set Pin without opening the trigger BOX.
Insert the Set Pin into the BOX.

2:Fix the screw with hexagon wrench.
