We sell Repair parts for PDI ν(New) Trigger.They are avairable for VSR and B-UP.
You cannot use them with Normal Trigger.
Please read this page and understand the difference between Normal and PDI's Trigger system.

<Open the Trigger BOX>

Trigger BOX is fixed by 4 screw.
(3 of Plus Driver and 1 of hex wrench)
Please Note ;
When close the BOX, please don't fix the hex wrench too tight.
Don't open the BOX on the mussy desk not to miss screws or other small parts.

<Difference between Normal and PDI's Trigger>
・Shape of End and Sear
・Motion of Piston in the Cylinder (by Shape of End and Sear)
・Materials

The normal piston end gets stuck on the sear sideling.
The PDI New Trigger's sear stands straight and gets stuck on piston tightly.

Please note ;
*The normal piston and end cannot be seperated , they are as a unit. So you cannot use with piston end for PDI New Trigger. If you use PDI New Trigger, you need PDI piston.
*You cannot attach the normal piston and PDI New Trigger because of their end and sear. (Please see below picture. )
*Please select PDI repair parts for PDI New Trigger.

PDI ν(New) Trigger's End and Sear...
This End is for ν(New) Trigger.
Made of SUS.
It is included trigger set.
PDI ν(New) Trigger's Sear.
Made of S45C.
The Sear gets stuck on piston tightly.
The Normal Piston End and Sear ...
This is normal Piston and End.
Made of Resin.
*The normal piston and end cannot be seperated , they are as a unit.
The normal Trigger's Sear.
Made of zinc die-cast.

The normal piston end gets stuck on the sear sideling, When you costum inside od trigger unit, you need delicate adjustment and it is a little difficult for beginners.

2：Insert the Torsion Spring.

＜Trigger Pull-How to adjustment-＞
イモネジでトリガープルの距離を若干調整することが出来ます。以下の説明ではイモネジ穴が分かり易いようセットピンを取り外しています。セットピンを取り付けたままでも調整は可能です。
1： Trigger BOX has 2 small screws for adjustment Trigger-Pull. At first, unfix screw under the BOX with hexagon wrench.
2：Please make an adjustment of Trigger-Pullwith hexagon wrench.
・anti-clock rotation： Heavier
・clock rotation：Lighter
3：Fix the first screw.

One is under the Piston Sear, and the other is on the Piston Sear.
At first ,please set the spring like this Pict.
2：Set the Piston Sear.
Please check the direction of spring.
3：Set the second Spring as Pict. Please check the direction of spring.

＜Set Pin -How to build in-＞
1：You can change the Set Pin without opening the Trigger BOX.
At first please unfix the screw with hexagon wrench.
This BOX has 2 screws for fix Set Pin.
2：Insert the Set Pin.
After that, fix the screw again.
NOTE;Don't fix the screw too tight.
※The second screw is in the back of BOX. Fix it after all procedure.
