For TM L96.

In case of original cylinder, when you disassemble, you need drill the cylinder.
The original cylinder has no airtightness.
The precision cylinder that is designed by PDI has fixed pin, so you can assemble and disassemble many times.

Precision Cylinder : Toughnes & beauty Cylinder

We adapt new technology of 01 & 05 inner barrels called "cold hammering"
This cylinder is same accuracy as Inner barrel. The inner diameter tolerance is 1/100mm In spite of cylinder.
We have never seen as this accuracy tolerance of this cylinder.
PDI adopted seamless pipe that has accuracy equal with inner barrel made by other companies,
and stainless steel that was adopted by PDI is made in Japan by cold hammering.

※The tolerance described by our company refers to the "straight" part which is not machined. The slotted part is not related to the airtight performance so its tolerance is not design to be as tight as other places.

Taper Cylinder Head
Made of SUS303. The nozzle's length is for TM L96.
Its tapered line is the best suited angle for airflow.

Hard Piston

The body & The head: Made of Duralmin.
The Ring: Made of Derlin.
The End: Made of Carbon Steel.
We use most suitable materials for each parts, so this piston has high durability.

If use this piston to extreme power spring as PDI SS,SPR & over 2J setting,it'll be shorter life.It's up to your operation & maintenance.

Spring Guide
Made of Stainless steel and Polished,so it makes smooth action.
It has a thrust ring that made of derlin.

Please use PDI L96 Spring. Not available with normal spring cause our shaft is heavier than normal.
※If you use some higher power springs,those may damage your rifle. Please be careful.

When you set PDI precision cylinder for TM L96, you should take care of these points.

1.L96-59(cylinder support ring / from the TM L96 manual)
Because precision cylinder is bigger than original one, when you set precision clinder, you should remove the support rings.
As a result, there is a possibility that the surface of the cylinder is damaged.
If you do not want to damage the surface of the cylinder, you should polish the inside diameter of the support ring with the file.

2.L96-58(barrel base inner / from the TM L96 manual)
We recommend you to polish inside of barrel base, because it made by zinc die-cast, and the inside surface is not smooth.

When you customize it, there is a possibility that you can not cock.
Please note the following points when solving it by using pure parts.
1.Angle of setpin and SP guide.
2.Attrition of piston end
3.Attrition of cylinder inside.
There is a possibility of solving it when these are corrected.
